  Worst Service - booked a ticket with a wrong date but called them immediately within 2 minutes to cancel it, but still charged me a hefty penalty of 100 pounds. Will never ever use their service.

  I have used Tickets to India the last three years for flights to India and have always been very satisfied with the service. This year I spoke with Gurdev Sandhu who was extremely helpful and courteous and helped to ensure that my flight schedule meant I could return on the same flight as a friend who was returning to the UK at the same time as me. Thank you.
  
  Well, I wrote that in 2016. A year later, I don't know what has happened to Tickets To India - service awful and don't reply to e-mails. 5 stars in 2014, 2015 and 2016 but I would only give them 2.5 for 2017. Will 2018 be better? May be I'll stick with the Company who arranged my tickets in 2017.
