  The toilets aren't clean, they have stopped selling brochures, the sweets are not fresh and are hard, it is very under staffed and the sitting area has been cleared of all furniture as well as being vacant for months. The price is not proportionate to the experience as the Cinematic rooms are not clean and usually littered with popcorn tacos, sweets, empty drink cups, cans and tissues. The security is weak and sound has to be at screaming level before any action is taken.

  great customer service. staff was very helpful. i believe the man who served me was called monsor he was a nice guy helped me get the most out of my money and improve my experience with this cinema. very funny guy too. picture and sound quality was good seats were clean and comfy with plenty of leg room. toilets smell funny but were clean.... 100% would recommend going there
