  Excellent gym, easy location, open 24/7. The equipment is easy to use and there's a nice selection. I attend the gym around 4pm most days, there's always space, I am able to access all machines in my own time and it's not crazy busy. The facilities are clean and kept to a high standard. The staff are always helpful and willing to offer assistance particularly the manager Mandy and assistant Gemma whom, I met I my first day attending and they enrolled me quickly, showing me around and explaining the different equipment. Staff are always welcoming and energetic (which is what you want to see in a gym). There's always somebody available to talk to if needed. I look forward to gym sessions since being here. Keep up the good work!! :)
